Kindheitstraum – Childhood dream

I feel very honored to share this news that in 2024, I was the chosen artist for The Charity Party e.V. whose painting was to be won by one lucky winner amongst all the tickets being sold for fundraiser.

Very proud that this painting ‚Kindheitstraum’ (Childhood dream) helped in fundraiser for a very noble cause. Congratulations to the lucky winner Fr. Elizabeth Wagels 💐🤗.

Many thanks to all the guests who bought the tickets to support this charitable trust. And a huge thank you to this amazing organisation, who has been doing wonderful work for past 14 years for under-privileged children, for such a great memorable evening 🙏🏼❤️

I have been closely following The Charity Party e.V. yearly activities they take part in and particularly when I got to know that they had sponsored a trip for kids who have never seen an ocean before in their lives, and when I read what they said thereafter, it moved me and that’s how ‘Kindheitstraum’ (Childhood dream) was conceptualized.

Sharing some of the lines said by the kids 🥹 –
“I didn’t know that water could be so beautiful.”
“We can’t afford it. That’s why I’m collecting lots of shells and making a picture frame out of them with my mom.”
“The sand is soooo soft. You can just lie down in it.”
“Now a childhood dream of mine has come true.”
“That was big water.”
